How to Attach the Whistle 3 to Your Pet’s Collar
The attachment might seem confusing at first, but it’s quite easy to attach to the collar. Our pictures below explain this a bit better. Let’s go through the steps of how to use the Whistle 3 collar attachment!
1. Remove the rubber covering from the device
The plastic device is the part that holds the actual GPS unit of the Whistle 3. Don’t attach the GPS unit yet. Instead, just pull the rubber part off of the plastic attachment. You can see the rubber attachment in the bottom right of the photo.
2. Place the collar inside of the rubber cradle
Place the your collar inside the rubber collar attachment like the picture below shows.
3. Wrap the rubber part around the plastic collar attachment
This is the trickiest part and how the collar attaches to the device. All you need to do is wrap the rubber part around the plastic attachment’s hooks. It will be a little tricky and you might have to pull hard, but this means you’re doing it the right way! If you need another angle to see how this works, skip ahead to see the pictures in the next steps.
4. Insert the Whistle 3 into the Plastic Collar Attachment
To attach the Whistle 3 to the plastic attachment, you have to first add it in sideways as the picture shows below.
5. Last Step: Secure the Whistle 3 to the collar attachment
To rotate the Whistle 3 the correct way, push the plastic attachment’s piece that is sticking out and turn the device. When you let go, you’re done! The Whistle 3 is secured! If you’re having trouble finding the part on the plastic attachment to push to rotate the device, look to the picture on below. The red arrow shows where you push.
